You will be referred to our conveyancer, S. Weideman Attorneys for any legal questions and to complete the Reservation Agreement for the erf or stand of your dreams. A template of this Reservation Agreement is also available on our Documents page.

The reservation deposit as per the Reservation Agreement must be made to the Trust Account of S. Weideman Attorneys. This Trust Account will safeguard your deposit until such a time as the full transfer of the stand can be made to your name.

Should you need to apply for financing, Bond Gallery is ready and available to assist you. Bond Gallery will advise whether you will qualify for financing and advise on measures you can take to ensure such financing. At the time of bond generation they will also assist in getting the best deal for you.

Your stand is now reserved for transfer after services has been installed and the township register has been opened. In the meantime we advise you to contact Plan Studio Architects to start planning your dream home.
